Our employees are our greatest asset. There are about 500 of them at the moment and yet we still have a family atmosphere. Almost half have been with us for more than ten years, and one in five has been with us for more than 20 years. That's not a coincidence, it's our idea. We like to keep our good people with us as we value their commitment and energy.
